2. Classification
Mine ventilation butterfly valves are categorized into electric ventilation butterfly valves and pneumatic ventilation butterfly valves, differentiated by their control mechanisms.
1) Mine electric ventilation butterfly valves are available in split and integrated types:
* The split type, when paired with the KXBC mine explosion-proof valve electric device control box, seamlessly connects to the DCS system to achieve automated gas pipeline management.
* The integrated type encompasses an independent control system, allowing for on-the-body switching or remote control for seamless remote adjustments or switching without a separate control box requirement.
* Capable of employing Modbus, Profibus, and other bus communications, it features a 485 bus interface for efficient data communication.
