1 Overview
With the improvement of the automation level of coal mines, manual valves are difficult to adapt to the needs of modern development. Electric valves are widely used in newly designed mines or the transformation of old mines. Our company's mine explosion-proof valve electric device is specially developed to improve the automation system of coal mine valves, and the KXBC explosion-proof valve electric device control box is a control product for mine explosion-proof valve electric devices.
The KXBC mine explosion-proof valve electric device control box has the function of connecting with the DCS system interface, so that the control box is more widely and reliably used in the automation system. On this basis, the control box has short-circuit protection, overload protection, undervoltage protection, leakage protection, making its practical functions more perfect.
In addition to ensuring the explosion-proof performance, the exterior design of the KXBC mine explosion-proof valve electric device control box also has mechanical and electrical interlocking functions to prevent misoperation, making the use of the equipment safe and reliable. On this basis, in order to monitor the operation of the equipment, this product is also equipped with various operation monitoring indications, such as power indication, valve opening indication, valve closing indication, over-torque indication, fault indication and valve position opening display.

4. Control Box Functions and Characteristics
1. The control box has multiple protection functions such as short circuit, phase failure, overload, etc.
2. The control box has a switch stop button, on-site/remote switching switch, LCD display of valve opening and status, output switch in place signal, fault signal, remote control signal, 4_20mA valve position feedback signal to the remote.

6. After the motor rotation direction is determined, the phase sequence of the three-phase power supply can be automatically corrected, and the user can connect the three-phase power supply of the electric control box at will.
7. The control mode can be selected by the dial switch:
(1) Conventional control mode: Inching mode: or holding mode.
(2) Two-wire control mode: Open with signal\Close without signal: or Close with signal\Open without signal.
8. The quick-opening door structure and the internal circuit are modular in structure, which is convenient for on-site maintenance and repair. 9. It can be reliably connected with a variety of automatic control systems:
(1) The user provides dry contacts and uses the +24 VDC power supply on the module.
(2) The user provides a +24 VDC power supply. At this time, the negative pole of the user's +24 VDC power supply is connected in parallel with the negative pole of the module power supply, and the positive pole of the power supply is input to the various functional terminals of the module to realize various control functions.
10. The input/output signals are all photoelectrically isolated and have strong anti-interference ability.
11. Opening and closing valves, electronic interlocking and mechanical interlocking can reliably ensure that the opening and closing AC contactors cannot be attracted at the same time.
12. The undervoltage protection value is minus 15% of the rated voltage.
13. It can be configured with bus communications such as MOdbus and Profibus, with a 485 bus interface to realize data communication.
